Refund and Returns Policy
Rx CBD Shop offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If your purchase was more than 60 days ago, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.
Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition that you received it in order to be returned. It has to be in its original packaging as well.
Certain items are not returnable. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are all non-refundable. Furthermore, we do not accept private or sanitary items, dangerous substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Only the following situations are eligible for full reimbursement:
Anything that has obvious signs of use such as a broken or missing part on a CD, DVD, VHS tape, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record. After more than 60 days from the delivery date, almost all returns are accepted in accordance with our return policy.
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and reviewed. We’ll also notify you whether your refund was approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, your credit card or original method of payment will be credited within the timeframe specified in the returns policy.
Late or non-existent refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card company; your refund may take a while to appear.
Then contact your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

Items on the market
Only items with standard prices are eligible for reimbursement. Sale items are non-refundable.
Only items that are damaged or defective are exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at the following address, and send your package to the following address: The physical location.
If the item was given to you as a gift and was delivered to you, you will be given a gift credit for the cost of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be given a gift certificate.
We will refund the gift giver and notify them of your return if the item was not specified as a gift when purchased or the gift donor had the items shipped to them to give to you later.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage when returning your items. The cost of shipping is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your total.
The amount of time it takes for your returned items to get to you will vary depending on where you live.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you are returning more expensive items. The receipt of your returned item is not something we can guarantee.
